Abstrakt

The purpose of this paper is to present the issues of equal treatment in employment and of discrimination of employees in companies. The layout of the paper is dictated by the implementation of the objective. The first part introduces the subject matter of equal treatment and basic kinds of discrimination in employment. The study characterizes basic dimensions of unequal treatment and discrimination in companies, in particular: wage, employment, profession-related, post-related and training discrimination. Then results of a research conducted on 601 employees from the West Pomeranian Voivodship in Poland are described.
